And each time, it felt like starting over.\n00:52 - It's the same when you change companies,even in the same field.\n00:57 - Then you face a different culture,organization, team and management,along with new policies and procedures.\n01:06 - Switching sectors completely means starting from scratch,constantly questioning yourself, and stepping into it with an open mind and humility.
