The <b>accrual <\/b>system can calculate how many days an employee can take off, if they work for an employer for part of the <b>holiday<\/b> year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"accumulating\"><\/a>Can I accumulate time off from one year to the other?<\/h2>\n<p>It depends on the company\u2019s annual leave policy.
