It is not solely about working productively and quickly. How could you use the time you have on the call more efficiently? A positive answer means yes, a negative answer means no.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perhaps you\u2019re after more accuracy than your own ranking system can give. A recent study found that 7.5 million Brits are actually getting <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.directlinegroup.co.uk\/en\/news\/brand-news\/2022\/sleeping-dangerously--7-5-million-brits-have-under-five-hours--a.html#:~:text=Nearly%20three%20quarters%20(71%20per,cardiac%20problems%2C%20dementia%2C%20and%20diabetes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">below five hours&#8217; sleep a night<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
