About Dr Rochelle Haynes

Rochelle is a published author, global speaker, HR consultant, senior lecturer, and the Founder and CEO of Crowd Potential Consulting Inc. She holds a Master's (with Distinction) in Human Resource Management and a PhD in International Human Resource Management. Rochelle specialises in Open HR™ (previously GigHR), a term she coined to describe the discipline of using HRM to help companies enhance their working relationships with contract or ‘open talent’ including digital nomads and other offsite stakeholders, whose physical contact with organisations is limited or non-existent.
