I love it!"AI in Human Resources: partner or just a simple tool?" Sometimes I'm asked how I'm able to use AI in my work nowadays.

I use AI,I'm all for the 100% human touch,AI at the pre-qualification stage? No way, we skip that.

In fact, the human's right there,we pick up the phone, we call the colleague directly, the talent.

During calls, I have a virtual assistant that joins my teams exchange so that we can focus directly on the colleague,on the talent.

We also have a kind of assistant that takes notes for us.

I also use AI to requalify the database in my ATS,the selection software,which allows,while I'm posting an advert online,a co-pilot to connect directly,and simply requalify and reject the CVs linked to that specific advert.

So I'd say AI is a partner, yes.A simple tool: yes and no.

But I don't like to contradict.At present, I believe we must preserve humans at the center of the action,whether as an extension of ourselves to save time,or as something far more reactive,but we mustn't rely solely on AI.

I'm not particularly comfortable,nor the best with grammar and spelling,but it lets me correct my texts and test the ideas I have.

It allows me to get things clear, because well, I tend to lose track and go in all directions, and it also helps me refocus.

And I interact with it in a way that allows me to refocus,to find new ideas,and also to structure some minutes,meeting reports,or give me new ideas.
