Hi, my name is Victoria Romeiro, and I am the sales director for the French market at Factorial. And here we have the ten tips that I would like to give you today.
If you see something that's not working, you have to act fast.
Scaling means that you're going to meet lots of people and do lots of interviews.
The interview should be love at first sight.If you have mixed feelings, just don't go. Make things clear and simple.
Scaling is already complicated. If we add complexity on it, we're never going to be able to get where we want to go. You have to identify your priority. Is it hiring?
Market research? What's your starting point? Teamwork.
You don't want to lose your best, so use your best in what they are best at.
Over-communicating during change. Growth equals uncertainty.
Just keep people looped in. Share the why behind the decisions,especially when we are making quick changes. Be clear and aligned.
Just show people and tell them exactly what you expect for each one of them.
Build leaders, not just teams, and then you're going to be creating the leaders of the future. Last but not least, protect your culture.
It's the most important thing that you have within your company.
