What is Perdoo?

Perdoo is a strategy execution and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) software that helps organizations align everyone with the strategy, focus teams on what matters, and engage employees to achieve goals and feel their best.

What are the benefits of this integration?

Eliminate the administrative effort of maintaining teams and users in Perdoo by keeping them automatically in sync with your records in Factorial.

The sync can be triggered manually or set up to run automatically every 2 hours to ensure all your users from Factorial are provisioned or de-provisioned accurately within Perdoo without any manual work.

What does the integration include?

New employees in Factorial are automatically created in Perdoo. Employees that are terminated in Factorial will automatically lose access to Perdoo. The following data is synced from Factorial to Perdoo:

• Employee basic information (email, name, start date...)
• Job Title
• Manager
• Team
• Status (active or archived)
