- Market Alignment: Acceptance of our Marketplace Terms & Conditions.
- Global Communication: Proficiency in your local market language + English (B1 minimum).
- Integration Scope: A clear outline of the integration type you plan to build.
- Operational Readiness: Proven technical capabilities, defined SLAs, and dedicated team capacity.
Step 2: Integration Certification
The final milestone! Once your build is ready, submit the official certification request form to unlock full ecosystem benefits.

📋 What We Look For:
- Partner Status: Successful completion of Step 1 (Pre-Qualification).
- Domain Expertise: Proof of certification or deep expertise in your integrated software, plus a named point of contact for the vendor.
- Quality & Support: Successful technical and functional testing with Factorial's Product team, alongside defined support escalation paths.
- Market Validation: A minimum of 3 active clients using the integration for over 2 months.
- GTM Readiness: Complete technical documentation, sales enablement materials, and signed legal agreements (if monetisation applies).
